Summary Reliability Indices - ISA
The Synthetic Reliability Indices (ISA) definitively replace the sector studies starting from the 2018 tax period, in implementation of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2017, and represent a tool intended to provide professionals and businesses with accurate and transparent feedback on their level of fiscal reliability.
The ISAs are developed with a methodology based on analysis of data and information relating to multiple tax periods, and represent the synthesis of elementary indicators aimed at verifying the normality and consistency of business or professional management.
They allow economic operators to independently evaluate their position and verify the degree of reliability on a scale of values from 1 to 10 recognized to each taxpayer, in order to allow the latter, on the basis of the data declared within the ordinarily foreseen terms, access to a specific prizely system.
To be assigned the ISA score, the taxpayer must communicate to the Revenue Agency, using the appropriate forms, his/her relevant economic, accounting and structural data.

The ISA forms, with reference to each period of application of the synthetic reliability indices, are approved by order of the director of the Revenue Agency and made available on the institutional website of the Revenue Agency in the section relating to ISAs.
An administrative fine of 250 € to 2,000 € is foreseen (article 8, paragraph 1, of legislative decree no. 471/1997) in the following cases:
